Cooking Classes 6-Week Series
Join us for a fun and interactive 6-week Cooking Class Series designed for self advocates to build confidence in the kitchen while learning new recipes and practical cooking skills!
Each week will feature something new, giving participants the opportunity to explore different recipes, kitchen techniques, and meal preparation skills in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you are just getting started or already enjoy cooking, these classes are a great way to increase independence, try new foods, and have fun with others in the community.
Participants will enjoy:

Building kitchen confidence and independence
Practicing cooking and food preparation skills
Socializing and connecting with others
Exploring healthy and creative meal ideas
