The Arc Winter Yoga Series
Join Yoga Instructor Lezlie Ward and The Arc of Bartholomew County for a free 6-week Winter Yoga Series focused on relaxation, stretching, wellness, and community.
This series is designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. No previous yoga experience is required, and participants of all mobility levels are encouraged to attend. This includes individuals who use wheelchairs. Activities and poses can be adapted so that everyone has a way to participate comfortably, including seated and wheelchair-based options.

Who Can Attend: Self-advocates, their staff, and/or guardians
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced before, Lezlie will provide options and adaptations for different mobility levels and abilities. Yoga can be practiced in ways that work for each individual, including from a wheelchair or seated position.
Come enjoy an hour of stretching, relaxation, mindfulness, and community each Tuesday this winter. Everyone is welcome!
