Abilities in Action – Fall Session

Abilities in Action is back for a new 9-week Fall session designed to support individuals in building practical skills and tools for everyday life.

This engaging, skills-development class focuses on strengthening social skills, coping strategies, communication skills, independence, and confidence. Participants will have opportunities for structured, hands-on learning in a positive and supportive environment that encourages growth, connection, and skill-building across multiple areas of daily living.
