Abilities in Action is an 8-week skills development class designed to support individuals in building practical tools for everyday life. This engaging program focuses on strengthening social skills, coping strategies, communication skills, and related areas that support independence and confidence in daily interactions.

Participants will meet weekly in a supportive group setting led by instructors Katy Bastain and Emma Pollert.
