The Arc Fall Yoga Series
Join Yoga Instructor Lezlie Ward and The Arc of Bartholomew County for a free 6-week Fall Yoga Series focused on relaxation, stretching, wellness, and community.
This series is designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. No previous yoga experience is required, and participants of all mobility levels are encouraged to attend. This includes individuals who use wheelchairs. Activities and poses can be adapted so that everyone has a way to participate comfortably, including seated and wheelchair-based options.
