David Walby

David Walby is a young professional dedicated to using his growing skills for the betterment of his local community. 

As a 3rd generation disability advocate, he worked with The Arc of Bartholomew County as their Office Manager to help support and advocate for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and is now the Office Manager of Sandy Hook United Methodist Church where he works to create an environment where all people can be loved, belong, and thrive.

In addition to his professional roles, David is also a board member of the local Meridian Kiwanis club and is actively involved in his church and other community events.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and excellence, David is dedicated to learning, growing, and building a better community, one day at a time.
