Cody Martin

My name is Cody Martin (pronouns: They/Them) and I am a software developer with Cummins, Inc. I have been a developer for a year now, and I've been very excited about any community action or service opportunities since joining Cummins!

I am Autistic and I have ADHD; my most comfortable way to communicate is through email or through a prepared script. I adore books of all sizes and I am mainly interested in non-fiction topics as well as fairy tales and spirituality; I am currently collecting a library of books! I enjoy playing video games and I've been building video games to express my creativity and story-telling desire.

When I started looking for software developer opportunities, I made it a priority to be able to give back to my community with my work. I wanted to focus on giving to my close familial relationships, to my community at large, and to myself. I wanted to share compassion, empathy, and my time to build a better life for myself and others. I am realizing these goals by working with Cummins and joining efforts of community action, organization, and compassion.
